Tom Sayers

Osteopath and Cranial Osteopath

Tom Sayers – Osteopath

Tom Sayers is a kind and thoughtful  Osteopath who loves supporting adults and children to their best possible levels of fitness and health. Tom is also a highly regarded Cranial Osteopath and has worked successfully treating children and babies of all ages. Tom’s approach to Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle yet practical, highly refined form of osteopathic treatment. Cranial Osteopaths use soft, hands-on approaches to assess and treat babies and adults. Cranial Osteopathy works subtly, encouraging the flow of spinal fluid along the spine and creating a more profound sense of relaxation and overall well-being. Treatment involves gently applying fingertip pressure to the bones of the head and spine.

Tom has experience across a range of healthcare settings, including the London Ambulance Service as a phlebotomist and as an Osteopath. Tom Sayers also brings extensive expertise and knowledge from the many sporting events he has covered.

Tom Sayers began his career as a trainee Sports Therapist and has continued for over seven seasons with Hertfordshire rugby. Tom enjoys treating sporting injuries on the pitchside and in practice. He enjoys treating simple strains to complex knee and shoulder rehabilitation. Tom is the regional representative for the Osteopathy Sports Therapy Association in Hertfordshire. Tom Sayers specialises in treating many sports injuries, headaches, jaw aches and paediatric patients. Tom’s Osteopathy and paramedic training provide extended healthcare skills and a deeper understanding. He is excited to develop his approachable skills further at the Hatfield practice.

In the background, Tom Sayers teaches students and supports a critical care transfer service, ensuring the safe transport of intensive care patients. Tom Sayers provides a unique understanding of the patient journey in acute and intensive care.
