Sophie Esplin-Jones is an experienced, competent, friendly Osteopath who applies a slightly more gentle approach to her treatments. She has used her  Osteopathic skills in general practice and sporting events such as the London marathon. She has also worked in temporary makeshift clinics in Africa to help women and children displaced by politics and war.

Sophie is excellent at treating shoulder and neck pain and osteoarthritis, arthritic knees and bad backs. Sophie qualified in Cranial Osteopathy, Osteopathic Functional Rehab and Western Medical Acupuncture. Sophie also specialises in Osteopathic care and massage for women during pregnancy.
