What I do

Sophie Esplin-Jones is an experienced, competent, friendly Osteopath. Sophie applies a slightly more gentle approach to her Osteopathic treatments. She has used her  Osteopathic skills in general practice and sporting events such as the London marathon. Also in Africa; where she worked in temporary makeshift clinics to help women and children displaced by politics and war.

Sophie is excellent at treating shoulder and neck pain and conditions such as osteoarthritis, arthritic knees and bad backs. Sophie qualified in Cranial Osteopathy, Osteopathic Functional Rehab and Western Medical Acupuncture. Sophie also specialises in Osteopathic care and massage for women during pregnancy.
